Corp Best Practice Recommendations:
· Continue to sell and buy inventory
· Support Refrigerant Supplier Partners of record, “Source Today for the Future”
· Advertise, Educate and Communicate Refrigerant with Customers.
· Offer Reclaim/Recycle services to contractors
· Take advantage of Distribution Center stock position to maintain inventory levels — 30-45 days recommended. Do not try to run JIT inventory as Supply Chain can be disrupted.
· Leverage your purchase history with DC and historical partners to secure future product availability
· DC may experience temporary stock outs due to unforeseen demand. Backorders will be filled on a FIFO basis.
· Know your Replacement Cost and Market Price when pricing all refrigerants- closely monitor store profitability.
· Communicate with Arkema Representatives, JS Corporate Team and fellow Johnstone Members for news and demand shifts.
· Stock a small quantity of ALL popular refrigerants
