In preparation for our training on Innovair, here is a little more information about them and why we selected them as a partner:


Who Innovair is?

Innovair, established in 1997, has been serving the Ductless, Ducted, and VRF market nearly 25 years. Extensive experience serving high demand areas in the Caribbean market.


With the tremendous brand name and sales growth over the years, Innovair was acquired by Ouellet Manufacturing, based in Quebec Canada. As part of the Innovair brand expansion, we have been successfully serving the US Distribution market for several years. Ouellet adds additional R & D resources to help Innovair develop their product offerings for the US Market.

What makes Innovair different than the competitors?

PARTS, TECH SUPPORT, and INVENTORY

Brian Kelly as Sales Director for Innovair, has worked for multi-Billion dollar HVAC companies, that still have not figured out HOW to serve the Distributor and installer market needs.

  1. Distributors don’t want to be inconvenienced by after-sale Mftr concerns from the installer

  2. Installers need immediate assistance in the field when a problem occurs

  3. Parts need to be readily available when a problem occurs

  4. We utilize the Port of Miami almost exclusively

    1. Most competitors utilize the much larger Ports (West Coast and NorthEast) that have been strained and delayed throughout the past 2 years. By utilizing the Port of Miami, we have shortened lead times, in some cases, up to 3 to 4 weeks.

    2. Large warehouse with ALL products stocked and ready to go…


Innovair has figured this part of the business down to perfection. 8am to 8pm Tech Support availability. Calls are taken by trained, and in most cases HVAC experts to assist with in field error code reading, trouble shooting and “one call” solutions.


What is different about the product offering than competitors?

Innovair has taken the time to understand the landscape of Ductless and Ducted platform. We have a diverse lineup of entry level and High Efficiency products that assist with consolidation of “several” competitor’s platforms.

Innovair is partnering with a few distributors in Southern California, thus we are not competing with 2-3 different wholesalers in the market place. Currently the San Diego Group and ourselves are the only distributors outside of an independent distributor in Sun Valley Icon Sheet Metal which is a boutique focus.
